RYA Powerboat Level 2
This course is largely practical, on board the powerboat. There are some short theory sections to complete. The course provides everything you need to become confident and competent at boat handling whilst being aware of the associated safety considerations and equipment. It is broadly equivalent to a series of driving lessons, but a lot more fun. It is primarily a boat handling course where you will be prepared to drive a powerboat unsupervised with confidence.
You may wish to consider following up this course with the RYA Powerboat Intermediate Course which covers high-speed navigation and passage-making in far more detail.
2 Day course £350pp
Although most people start with Powerboat 2, we also offer RYA Powerboat Level 1, minimum age 8 years. If you are interested in this course, please contact us
