ICC Assessment (over 10m)

We have found that, even if people have boated for years, they may struggle to pass the ICC tests because they are lacking in some of the theoretical areas. You can undertake an ICC Direct Assessment, which is a half day assessment by a qualified tester, or typically a full day, giving time to ‘brush up’ on some areas, arranged on request. Please note that in order to pass, you will need to display a level of competence across a variety of areas at a level comparable with the standard of an RYA Day Skipper Practical course. More often than not, people choose instead to undertake the full RYA Day Skipper Practical course.

Pre-requisites
